About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Senior Finance Manager to join a growing hospitality business. This is a key role supporting financial performance, strategic decision-making and business growth.

Working closely with senior leadership and operational teams, you will provide insight-driven reporting, support investment projects and help drive profitability across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional looking for a broad, hands-on role within an entrepreneurial environment.

• Lead monthly management reporting and financial analysis across the business.

• Support budgeting, forecasting and KPI reporting.

• Partner with operational teams to improve financial performance.

• Monitor CAPEX spend across refurbishment and development projects.

• Support board reporting, investor requirements and financial governance.

• Assist with acquisitions, funding activities and financial modelling.

• Maintain strong financial controls and improve finance processes.

• Support and mentor junior finance team members.
