Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Junior Paraplanner (Progression to Financial Advisor) in Hillingdon. The role offers a clear path to Chartered Paraplanner status, with tailored in-house training by Financial Advisors and full study support to underpin your development.
You will work alongside experienced advisers to build technical skills and confident client reporting. This hybrid, flexible-hours position includes a salary of £30,000–£35,000, a discretionary bonus, and 33 days holiday.
