Compliance Analyst (temp 6 months initially

THE COMPANY:

We are working with a leading global independent investment bank in their search for a Compliance Analyst.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• New client on-boarding: performing the new client on-boarding process, including areas such KYC (both UK and Germany)
• AML compliance: assisting with AML / MLRO compliance
• Compliance advisory:
  As part of general compliance team, it may be necessary to provide assistance with the fielding of day-to-day queries from the business and advising staff on certain compliance procedures.

EXPERIENCE

REQUIRED:

• Experience of working in Compliance and KYC within a financial environment - ideally an investment banking or investment advisory background
• Excellent administrative and time management skills
• Well organised and detail orientated
• Ability to prioritise workload
• Teamwork: good communication skills and ability to deal with people at all levels
• Quick learner and ability to multi-task
• IT skills:
  Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. The role will also involve the use of a background screening tool.
