Role Summary

The role is responsible for supporting the Front Office, Electronic Trading, and Middle Office business functions by providing analytical, operational, technical, and project support to ensure the effective delivery of business objectives. Acting as a key liaison between traders, clients, third-party vendors, and internal teams, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Technology, and Development to troubleshoot and resolve real-time issues, enhance business processes, and deliver strategic initiatives.

The role requires building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, coordinating with in-house IT and development teams to investigate and resolve production issues, and contributing to the successful implementation of technology and business change projects. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities to support the ongoing development, stability, and efficiency of the firm’s electronic trading and Front Office platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Sound knowledge of rules and regulations of all trading platforms that the Company are members of and execute transactions over.
  • Primary contact point for the Trading floor with regards to trading operations and trading functionality queries.
  • Act as an intermediary between Trading and Operations where necessary.
  • Assist the Trading Services Manager and Head of E-Trading Infrastructure with the development, improvement and/or maintenance of relevant departmental procedures and controls, in line with the Company’s internal Compliance and Risk policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support and maintain the Trading Services Dashboard, using SQL, Python, and data analysis to drive reporting and process improvements.
