We are partnering with a leading global Investment Bank looking to add an Associate to its Asset Management team in London.
The role offers exposure to a diverse portfolio of real estate debt investments, working across loan asset management & portfolio performance initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded platform with strong long-term career progression.
Ideal Candidate:- 2+ years of experience within a Real Estate Debt, Loan Asset Management, Structured Finance or Lending team at an Investment Bank, Debt Fund or Institutional Lender.
- Strong understanding of real estate debt products and loan portfolio management.
- Excellent financial modelling, cash flow analysis and quantitative skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
