Senior Tax Manager

The Senior Manager, International Tax Reporting & Compliance, is a key member of the International Tax team responsible for non-US tax matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quarterly US GAAP tax provisions (FAS
109/FIN
18). - Prepare annual current and deferred tax true-ups.
- Maintain FIN
48/FAS5 provisions. - Manage and review direct tax compliance, including corporate tax, withholding tax, stamp duty, property tax, and related filings through external service providers.
- Support Pillar 2 compliance and Public Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR).
- Review corporate tax calculations and assess financial statement impacts under IFRS and US GAAP.
- Collaborate with the US Transfer Pricing team on documentation and filings.
- Coordinate with senior tax team members to ensure accurate and efficient international tax processes.
- Calculate advance corporate tax payments and related filings.
- Support tax planning and audit activities as required.
- Build strong relationships with Accounting, Legal, Treasury, FP&A, and other stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop junior team members.
- Improve and automate tax processes using tools such as Alteryx, Qlik, and other technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Recognized accounting qualification with 6+ years of relevant experience in practice or industry.
- Strong corporate income tax knowledge.
- Experience with quarterly tax provisioning.
- Solid data management and automation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and balance stakeholder needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with US GAAP tax reporting (FAS
109/FIN
18). - Knowledge of One Source Tax Provision and Alteryx.
- Understanding of OECD and EU tax developments, including BEPS, DAC6, and Public CbCR.
