Our client,a real estate investor; is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to be responsible for the full cycle accounting for a number of corporate property-owninglegal entities.
Participating in the market as an investor, owner, asset manager, developer and real estatemanager; the London office was set up in 2008 and has grown to a portfolio of £7bn of assets across London, Paris and Berlin with a focus on prime offices,multifamily residential, logistics and high street retail.
The London office comprises 50 employees across the investment, development, assetmanagement, legal and finance teams and continues to grow to manage the existing portfolio and plan for further expansion. The Europe & Asia Pacific team has also been responsible for the expansions and major investmentactivity in Asia Pacific, having acquired a portfolio of c. A $4bn, with a viewto grow the business in Asia Pacific further across Australia, Singapore,India, and other markets.

Reporting to Partners & Boards

Budgeting & Forecasting
Cash Management
Treasury
Asset Management

RequirementsUniversity degree
Minimum 3 years’ experience in an accounting function,
Keen interest in real estate; real estate experience preferred but not required
Experience in a large environment with a complex organizational structure
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required, and exposure to JD Edwards and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) desired but not required
High attention to detail and accuracy
Self-motivated and adaptable to a changing and fast paced corporate environment managing multiple competing deadlines
Strong communication / interpersonal skills (both written and verbal) as job will require frequent communication with all levels of management, other departments, and multiple external parties across different time zones
Able to embrace steep learning curve with an open attitude towards learning
