Finance Manager

Flex is looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Finance Manager to drive its reporting, operations and performance tracking. The Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial integrity while supporting the business through its next phase of growth.

This is a key position in the finance team, responsible for overseeing financial processes and working closely with both internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will be both commercial and operational, comfortable working with senior leadership team and with external accountants, while also being hands-on in day-to-day finance management
