- Preparation of credit papers, approvals and legal processes.
- Monitoring compliance with transaction agreements and governance requirements.
- Strong borrower relationships and successful project delivery.
Portfolio Management is delivery-focused, customer-centric and collaborative. We take a pragmatic approach to complex challenges, balancing commercial outcomes with public accountability while delivering meaningful housing and regeneration outcomes.
About you.Our team manages a portfolio of SME development finance loans and delivers excellent customer service to our borrowers; your role will be to support Portfolio Owners in achieving these objectives.
