The Opportunity:

A high-growth, Private Equity-backed SaaS and consumer-led platform is seeking an ambitious FP&A Manager to join its high-performing finance function.

Generating approximately £50 million in revenue and delivering an exceptional 30-40% EBITDA margin, the business has established itself as a market leader through a combination of innovative technology, outstanding customer engagement and operational excellence. With consistent organic growth complemented by a targeted acquisition strategy, the business is continuing to invest heavily in its people, technology and finance capabilities as it accelerates towards its next phase of growth.

This represents an outstanding opportunity for an analytically minded finance professional to join a business where finance sits firmly at the centre of strategic decision making. Reporting directly to an accomplished Director of FP&A, with regular exposure to the Group CFO, the successful individual will play a pivotal role in shaping commercial performance, supporting key strategic initiatives and helping drive a data-led culture across the organisation.

The Role:

The FP&A Manager will become a trusted business partner to senior leaders across the organisation, providing meaningful commercial insight and supporting decision making in a fast-moving, technology-enabled environment.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across multiple business units.
  • Producing insightful financial models, performance analysis and board-quality reporting.
  • Partnering with senior finance and non-finance stakeholders to improve commercial performance and support strategic initiatives.
  • Delivering variance analysis, KPI reporting and actionable recommendations to influence business decisions.
  • Supporting acquisition activity through financial analysis, modelling and post-acquisition integration.
  • Working closely with the Director of FP&A and Group CFO on strategic projects and business planning.
  • Driving continuous improvements across financial planning processes, reporting and business intelligence.
  • Playing a key role in the business-wide drive to leverage AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, increase reporting accuracy and enhance decision making.
  • Championing best practice within FP&A while helping develop scalable processes capable of supporting continued growth.
The Requirements:

The successful candidate will be a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys operating within a fast-paced, high-growth environment and thrives on building strong relationships across a business.

They are likely to demonstrate:

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
  • Strong FP&A experience gained within a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Excellent budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capabilities.
  • A naturally inquisitive mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful commercial insight.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills with confidence engaging senior executives.
  • Previous experience within Private Equity-backed, SaaS, technology, consumer or high-growth businesses would be highly advantageous.
  • A genuine interest in AI, automation and modern finance technology, with a passion for improving processes through innovation.
  • Advanced Excel skills, alongside experience of modern ERP and reporting environments.
Technology & Innovation

This is a finance function that genuinely embraces technology.

With Net Suite at the heart of its ERP landscape, a growing suite of AI-powered tools and an ambitious roadmap focused on automation and intelligent reporting, finance is leading the organisation's digital evolution. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to help shape how AI is embedded into everyday finance processes, contributing to a function that continually pushes the boundaries of efficiency and insight.

The

Environment
  • This is an ambitious, high-performance culture where expectations are high but support is equally strong.
  • The business rewards individuals who demonstrate curiosity, resilience and a genuine desire to improve. Those who build strong relationships, take ownership and consistently deliver high-quality work are given significant exposure, accelerated career progression and the opportunity to influence meaningful strategic decisions.
  • Working alongside an experienced Director of FP&A and benefiting from regular interaction with an impressive Group CFO, the successful candidate will gain exposure well beyond a traditional FP&A role, making this an outstanding platform for someone looking to accelerate their career within Private Equity.
  • For ambitious finance professionals seeking genuine commercial exposure, best-in-class technology and the opportunity to shape the future of a rapidly growing business, this represents an exceptional career opportunity.
