Based in the UK with flexible office, home and client working, the role involves exposure to senior client stakeholders and may require occasional client travel depending on engagement needs.

You’ll play a key role in the successful delivery of capital markets engagements, taking ownership for both technical output and client experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Writing and reviewing financial assurance / diligence reports, comfort letters and transaction documents
• Interacting with client management to assess assurance information and transaction risks
• Managing multiple engagements, overseeing delivery, quality and commercial performance
• Leading on complex accounting issues under IFRS or US GAAP, including GAAP conversions
