Interim Treasury Officer

Our ClientMackie Myers have partnered with a London based University to recruit an Interim Treasury Officer on a 3 month contract. The University is one of the world's leading higher education institutions, with a long-standing reputation for academic excellence and innovation. This opportunity sits within the Treasury team and offers exposure to treasury operations, cash management, business planning, and stakeholder engagement within a large and complex organisation.

The Role The Treasury Officer will support the Associate Director of Treasury & Business Planning in the day to day management of treasury operations across the University, its subsidiaries, and associated trusts. This role will be responsible for liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, banking administration, reconciliations, treasury reporting, and maintaining strong financial controls. It is an excellent opportunity for an individual with treasury or cash management experience looking to broaden their exposure within a well-established and purpose-driven organisation.

Main Duties

• Prepare and monitor daily and weekly liquidity reporting, ensuring sufficient cash is available to support operational requirements
