IDEX Consulting is seeking an M&A Underwriter to join a globally established insurer's transactional risk team. The role covers warranty and indemnity risk across UK and international deals, with ownership of the underwriting process from risk assessment through policy issuance.
You will work closely with brokers, legal counsel and market participants to structure and price cover on complex transactions, with an emphasis on cross-border opportunities and language capability in French or Italian
