Financial Controller

Location: South East London

Group Financial Controller | Manchester | £75k An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Group Financial Controller to join a growing international organisation based in Manchester. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will play a key part in strengthening the finance function, taking ownership of group reporting, statutory compliance and financial controls across a number of UK and international entities.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in a growing, entrepreneurial environment where they can make improvements, add value and work closely with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

* Leading the preparation of group consolidated and statutory accounts
* Managing audit processes across multiple jurisdictions
* Overseeing tax compliance and regulatory reporting requirements
* Working with international entities, advisors and auditors
* Supporting improvements to finance processes, controls and systems
* Providing technical accounting expertise and developing the wider finance team
* Supporting the CFO with budgeting, forecasting and ad hoc analysis The ideal candidate will be:
* ACA / ACCA qualified
* Experienced within industry following practice
* Strong technically, with experience across group consolidations, statutory reporting and international entities
