A global investment consultancy is hiring a VP/Director to drive the design and delivery of private equity programmes for institutional clients, family offices, and wealth managers. This is a high‑visibility role with the ability to shape the future of the consultancy's private markets advisory business.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Private equity manager research and selection.
- Lead end‑to‑end private markets portfolio design: pacing plans, cashflow modelling, GP sourcing, fund selection and monitoring.
- Shape investment decisions through Investment Committee participation.
- Build strong GP relationships across the US, Europe, and Asia.
- Partner with top‑tier clients to deliver tailored private equity solutions.
Requirements:
- Deep private equity experience - likely from a FoF, consultancy, or allocator.
- Strong GP network and a proven track record in portfolio design/management.
- Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset and excellent communication skills.
