The Role As a Paraplanner, you will:
Provide technical support to Financial Advisers Analyse clients’ existing financial portfolios and prepare detailed reviews Carry out complex financial calculations, including income tax, CGT, IHT, pension and allowance assessments Research and help formulate suitable financial planning recommendations Prepare full recommendation reports and supporting documentation Liaise with product providers, account managers, and clients Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, markets, and regulations Support advisers in delivering high-quality, compliant financial advice Paraplanner Requirements Previous experience within an IFA or financial planning practice (essential) Strong analytical and numerical ability Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Methodical, professional, and client-focused approach What's on Offer?
