Key Responsibilities:

Supporting Financial Advisers with research and analysis Assisting in the preparation of suitability and recommendation reports Gathering and analysing client financial information Liaising with pension, investment, and insurance providers Maintaining accurate client records and back-office systems Supporting the ongoing servicing of clients Developing technical knowledge across pensions, investments, tax planning, and protection Training & Development:
Full apprenticeship and structured training provided Support towards professional qualifications (CII / LIBF) Clear progression path into a Paraplanner role Candidate Profile:
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Confident communicator with a professional approach Keen interest in financial planning and wealth management Previous financial services or administrative experience is beneficial but not essential Motivated to learn and develop technical expertise
