Senior FP&A Analyst (Entertainment

A fast-growing live entertainment business, backed by ambitious growth plans are seeking a commercially-minded Senior FP&A Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy, supporting investment decisions and driving performance across a diverse portfolio of businesses.

This is a high-impact role offering significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence the future direction of a well-established and highly respected brand in the entertainment sector.

Reporting into the senior finance leadership team, you will lead financial planning, forecasting, commercial analysis and strategic decision support across multiple business units. You will act as a key business partner, transforming complex financial and operational data into actionable insight that supports future growth.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning and long-range financial modelling to support strategic decision-making and future growth.
• Develop business plans, scenario analyses and investment cases, assessing risks, opportunities and performance outcomes.
• Deliver insightful analysis of financial and operational performance, identifying trends, key drivers and areas for improvement.
• Monitor and report on business KPIs, providing clear variance analysis and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Partner closely with commercial, operational and leadership teams to support decision-making, challenge assumptions and drive performance.
• Prepare board-level reporting, presentations and management information that supports strategic planning and business growth.
• Support new commercial opportunities, expansion initiatives and strategic projects through robust financial analysis and evaluation.
• Drive continuous improvement across reporting, forecasting and analytical processes, helping to enhance finance capability across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will be an ambitious finance professional who enjoys operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

• ACA/CIMA equivalent qualified with c.3-5 years PQE gained within FP&A, commercial finance, corporate finance/M&A or strategic finance
• Strong experience in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning and business case development
• Proven ability to deliver commercial insight and influence senior stakeholders in fast-paced, growth-oriented organisations
• Advanced Excel skills with experience of Power BI or similar reporting and visualisation tools advantageous
• Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations
• Strong commercial acumen, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Experience with in live entertainment, events, hospitality, leisure or other consumer-focused sectors would be beneficial
