Experteer Overview As Executive Director of Finance for NECAD and INPP, you will steer financial strategy and performance across a broad, multi-market portfolio. You'll partner with commercial leadership to shape strategic decisions, manage long-range planning, and optimize P&L while supporting new product planning and launch readiness. You'll lead a high-performing finance organization, advance analytics and AI-enabled insights, and influence resource allocation to drive growth in a complex, global environment.

This role sits at the intersection of regional execution and portfolio strategy, delivering impact at executive level.

Pay / Benefits Key responsibilities
  • Provide strategic finance leadership to commercial leadership and cross-functional teams to shape decision-making
  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and long-range planning to optimize P&L
  • Lead business case development, scenario modelling, and investment decision support aligned with strategic objectives
  • Anticipate and manage risks and opportunities, especially in volatile distributor markets, ensuring compliance and internal controls
  • Contribute to NECAD and New Product Planning leadership teams, guiding strategy and execution of priorities
  • Develop and nurture a high-performing finance organization with a collaborative, change-ready culture
  • Champion adoption of AI and advanced analytics in Finance to improve forecast accuracy and decision speed
Key requirements
  • Tasks 15+ years in finance management with strategic business partnering experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills at executive level
  • Ability to understand pharmaceutical industry challenges and global scope
  • Proven ability to lead change in a fast-paced, cross-cultural matrix organization
  • Strong analytical and financial skills for complex business questions, pricing and access
