Job Summary:

As a Vice President or an Executive Director in Quantitative Trading & Research, you will join a dynamic team supporting the Equity Derivatives business. You will deliver innovative modelling solutions, blending quantitative finance with machine learning to develop best-in-class models for the trading desk. You will work closely with colleagues across Trading, Structuring, and Sales, helping to drive product innovation and optimise portfolio outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Trading, Structuring, and Sales to support product innovation and analyse complex payoffs

Implement advanced pricing and risk models for exotic equity derivatives

Generate innovative modelling approaches and develop pricing prototypes to validate new ideas

Participate in the continuous improvement of core models

Provide valuation and risk management expertise across products and regions

Develop systematic, quantitative solutions for portfolio management Communicate complex concepts clearly to senior stakeholders

Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications , Capabilities, and

Skills:

Strong educational background and relevant quantitative finance experience Deep understanding of option theory, equity derivatives products and models

Strong foundation in stochastic calculus, probability, and numerical methods

Proficiency in Python and C++, including experience with numerical and scientific libraries

Experience in a derivatives quant role Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills
