Experteer Overview In this role you will lead origination and development of Asset Finance and ABL solutions for Corporate and Institutional Banking clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape innovative financing packages, build strategic client relationships, and contribute to growth across the Asset Finance and Working Capital product set. The role combines sales leadership, product development, and risk-aware deal execution in a hybrid London setting.

- Build active relationships with CIB relationship and T&WC sales teams to generate asset finance opportunities and deepen client relationships Define sales strategy and delivery plans for the Asset Finance team and wider T&WC product set Develop external relationships (debt advisors, financial institutions) to expand the sales pipeline Present Asset Finance and structured lending solutions to clients, advisors, and internal teams at senior levels Collaborate with T&WC Product teams to enhance the product suite Maintain ongoing product relationships with existing and target clients Meet group risk and profitability targets to drive growth in Income and Assets Maintain broad knowledge of asset finance, open account, structured trade, commodity finance and related products Prepare and submit credit applications with Coverage and Risk teams as needed Tasks 3+ years of Asset Finance and ABL product knowledge Experience originating, structuring, and delivering solutions for large corporate/investment-grade clients Proven track record in direct business development and client-facing roles with senior-level interactions Understanding of general lending requirements for large corporates Confidence presenting to credit partners and collaborating to close transactions Ability to balance business development with risk management Willingness to travel to London and client premises across the UK Key requirements Generous pension contribution up to 15% Annual bonus subject to group performance Share schemes including free shares 30 days' holiday plus bank holidays Wellbeing initiatives Parental leave policies
