17) to lead the firm’s regulatory compliance and financial crime framework for NEC’s investment management activities.
The role requires oversight of FCA regulatory obligations, SMCR governance, and strong collaboration with senior management, boards and regulators to ensure rigorous controls and a culture of integrity across the Group.
