Will help the Finance Director build the finance function, put processes in place and refine existing one. The role is also looking for someone who wants progression as in 2/3 years the role will step into a finance manager.
Lead a team of 3 offshore management accountants
Oversee the month end reporting and balance sheet reconciliations (including individual property and departmental P&Ls)
Produce monthly finance pack and KPIs for review by the Board Lead the analysis of monthly and quarterly numbers and presenting findings
Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes
Assist the Finance Director with ad-hoc analysis
Business partnering with budget holders and identify cost inefficiencies in the business.
Drive the continuous improvement of end-to-end accounting practices
Continuously develop processes and systems, including ownership for SAP B1 system
Profile
The Management Accountant role for this Real Estate investment Firm based In Piccadilly Circus (SW1) are ideally looking for.
Someone with at least 2/3 years' experience producing management accountants
Finalist/ Newly Qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
Someone Who's from a Real Estate background- however not essential

Salary & Benefits The Management Accountant for this Real Estate investment Firm based in Piccadilly Circus (SW1) is paying 50,000 - 55,000. On top the Real Estate investment Firm offers hybrid working of 2 days a week and offer a district bonus as well as various social events
