Management Accountant

We're recruiting a Management Accountant for a successful and growing organisation based in East Leeds. This is a great opportunity for a part-qualified accountant looking for a varied role covering management accounts, financial reporting, analysis and controls. You'll work closely with senior finance colleagues and gain excellent exposure as the business continues to grow. What you'll be doing Preparing monthly management accounts Producing balance sheet reconciliations Monitoring overheads and investigating cost variances Supporting year-end accounts and the external audit Assisting with VAT and CIS returns Reviewing and improving financial controls Supporting finance projects and systems improvements Working with finance and operational teams to ensure accurate reporting What we're looking for Part-qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA Good financial accounting and month-end experience Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Keen to develop and progress your career What's on offer Competitive salary Performance-related bonus 23 days' holiday  bank holidays Annual salary review Company pension On-site facilities Social events Excellent career development opportunities We are happy to provide application and/or accessibility support, please contact your Marks Sattin or Grafton consultant directly to discuss your needs.
