Join Bank of America as a Summer Analyst in the Global Capital Markets division, focusing on Debt Capital Markets (DCM), Equity Capital Markets (ECM), Leveraged Finance (Lev Fin), and Sustainable Solutions Group (SSG) in London. This program is designed to provide a comprehensive experience within one of these teams while allowing for interaction with other groups throughout the summer.

The Global Capital Markets team assists clients in navigating financial markets and offers tailored solutions. Our clients range from investment-grade corporations to private equity firms and sovereign issuers. We provide a variety of products including bonds, loans, IPOs, and sustainability-focused financing solutions.

The Summer Analyst program offers a broad experience across the Global Capital Markets teams, with opportunities to indicate preferences for DCM, ECM, Lev Fin, or SSG. Successful candidates will receive extensive training and mentorship throughout the program.

• Collaborate with product specialists to develop and deliver financing solutions for clients at the executive level.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of market fundamentals to contribute to various financing strategies tailored to client needs.
• Create customized presentations for clients that detail solutions for their financing requirements, including corporate purposes, sustainable financing, and acquisitions.
• Engage in live transactions, interacting with clients and professionals across the bank to expand your network and experience.
• Work closely with Investment Banking and Corporate Banking teams for client coverage and origination.
• Understand how sustainability influences investor decisions and incorporate this knowledge into client interactions.
• Coordinate with sales teams and traders in Global Markets to manage live deal executions and stay updated on market developments through Global Research.

Applicants must be pursuing a Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree with an expected graduation date between June 2027 and July 2028, and should be on track for a minimum 2:1 degree classification. We welcome applications from diverse academic backgrounds, and fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in a European language is desirable.
