Pictet Asset Management is seeking to recruit an ETF Operations Officer to strengthen the Special Operations team in London on a permanent basis.

ETF Operations is a dynamic team established to provide dedicated operational support for Pictet Asset Management’s ETF initiatives and product range.
Your role- Perform daily portfolio administration activities for US and European ETFs.
- Review and monitor portfolio transactions from trade execution through settlement, support creation/redemption workflows, and capture cash and security movements.
- Investigate and resolve unmatched trades, settlement exceptions, failed transactions, and data discrepancies.
- Coordinate with brokers, custodians, counter parties, and administrators to minimise operational risk and ensure timely settlement.
- Support relationships with Authorised Participants (APs), Market Makers, custodians, and service providers, including creation/redemption order processing, onboarding activities, and day-to-day ETF primary market operations.
- Support PCF, holdings, and portfolio data validation activities.
- 2-5 years' experience in fund operations, portfolio administration, or fund accounting supporting ETF lifecycle events from execution through to NAV production.
- Proven experience working within Asset Management, with an ETF provider, or within a fund administration firm with knowledge of ETFs, equities, and fixed income products.
- Good overall operational generalist understanding of Trade Support, Reconciliations, Corporate Actions and portfolio accounting functions.
- Experience with Bloomberg, Sim Corp, or similar systems is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with a high level of attention to detail. Works well under pressure, understands time sensitivity and good written and oral communications skills.
