Location: Greater London
Cedar is seeking a Senior International Tax Manager for a fast-paced software group on a 6-month advisory basis. You will work with the Group Tax Director to shape UK and international tax input for M&A, cross-border risk management, and compliance frameworks.
Candidates will develop international tax strategies, advise on new jurisdictions, and oversee transfer pricing policies across the group. The role is broad and commercial, with flexible office presence, ideally two days per week in the
