Senior Finance Business Partner

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to join a leading global specialty insurance business. This is a highly commercial role where you'll partner with senior stakeholders across underwriting and operational teams, providing strategic financial insight to support business growth and performance. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you'll influence key business decisions, drive financial planning, and help shape the future direction of the organisation through robust analysis and commercial challenge.

Key Responsibilities Partner with senior business leaders to support strategic decision-making. Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning. Deliver commercial insight into underwriting performance, profitability and business growth. Develop financial models, business cases and scenario analysis to support investment decisions. Analyse financial and operational performance, identifying opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency. Present financial performance and recommendations to senior leadership and Board-level stakeholders.

Support finance transformation initiatives, improving reporting, data quality and business insight. Maintain strong financial governance, controls and regulatory compliance. Lead and develop the finance business partnering capability where appropriate. Candidate Profile The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with significant post-qualified experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role within the insurance or financial services sector.
