Head of Finance

Head of Finance | Financial Services | £100,000  Enhanced Package | Manchester City Centre | PE backed SME involving M&AAxon Moore are pleased to be representing a new client as they seek to appoint a Head of Finance.

This person will be mentored by an experienced finance-based NED and will be mentored through a business transaction in a few years. They're an ambitious business with the financial backing to buy a number of smaller businesses within the next couple of years as they grow their national footprint, and they're hoping to attract an ambitious Head of Finance who can help drive this along.

The desired candidate will ideally come from a financial services or professional services background, with experience with bolt-on acquisitions. This role is a no.1 role but will have close support and mentorship at a strategic level to help them get through to an exit. This person however, will need to have some prior experience working in a large enough organisation, leading teams and partnering with high-calibre stakeholders.
