Transactional Finance Manager

Leading and managing the transactional finance team Overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking, and Bookkeeping Managing the monthly payroll process Ensuring VAT processes are completed accurately Supporting and developing team members Resolving finance escalations and providing hands-on operational support Improving and maintaining transactional finance processes

What you will need:

Previous experience in a similar role (Finance Manager, Finance Operations Manager, Transactional Finance Manager, or similar) Strong background in transactional finance and bookkeeping Excellent knowledge of PAYE, VAT, and payroll processes Proven people management experience (ideally managing teams of 3 or more) What you will get: 30 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays Death in service benefit Cash contribution health plan Flexible working hours (start/finish times) Hybrid working (2 days from home, initially 4 days in the office) Free on-site parking If you would like to find out more about this role, please apply with your CV or Linked In PDF.
