Harbour Vest is a global private markets investment firm with over forty years of history. This Associate role sits within the EMEA Direct Investment team, based in London, which co-invests in buyout transactions alongside established fund managers and participates in growth equity investments.

Key Responsibilities

Investment due diligence, including company and industry research
Financial analysis, modelling, and quantitative analysis
Developing investment recommendations and Investment Committee papers
Participating in team and Investment Committee discussions
Coordinating legal documentation and transaction closing
Meeting General Partners and attending annual meetings/industry conferences
Monitoring existing portfolio companies

Work Arrangement

Hybrid - 18 remote workdays per quarter, subject to manager approval.

Qualifications

Strong quantitative and financial modelling abilities; deep interest in private equity and related markets.
