As a Trade Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing, settlement, reconciliation and regulatory reporting of trades across a range of asset classes. Working closely with investment teams, third-party administrators and operational stakeholders, you will help maintain a robust control environment, resolve trade related queries and support the continuous improvement of operational processes.

Key Responsibilities- Trade Processing & Settlement Support the accurate processing, confirmation and settlement of trades across multiple asset classes. Monitor trade lifecycle events and corporate actions, ensuring timely resolution of exceptions. Liaise with custodians, brokers, counter parties and third-party administrators to resolve operational queries.
- Reconciliations & Controls Perform cash, position and transaction reconciliations, investigating and resolving breaks. Maintain strong operational controls and support compliance with regulatory and internal risk requirements. Assist with investment restriction monitoring and root-cause analysis of operational issues.
- Stakeholder & Front Office Support Act as a key operational contact for portfolio managers, traders, risk, compliance and other stakeholders. Provide operational reporting, analysis and updates to support investment activity. Support the onboarding of new funds, strategies and financial instruments.
- Process Improvement & Change Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, strengthen controls and increase automation. Support change initiatives, system enhancements and user acceptance testing (UAT). Maintain clear process documentation and contribute to continuous improvement activities.
- Regulatory Reporting & Governance Support regulatory reporting obligations, including MiFID II, EMIR and SFTR. Investigate regulatory reporting exceptions and support process improvements driven by regulatory change. Assist with internal and external audits, compliance…
