Management Accountant

We are working with a highly successful Private equity firm that is looking for qualified Management Accountant to join its collaborative finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a sophisticated, fast-paced environment, partnering with senior stakeholders and contributing to key financial and operational decisions across the business.

What you'll be doing:
Partnering with department leaders to provide insightful financial support and analysis Preparing monthly management reporting, variance analysis, and month-end journals Managing payroll accounting across multiple international locations Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning processes Preparing balance sheet reconciliations and month-end reporting packs Assisting with statutory audits and financial reporting requirements Driving process improvements and exploring opportunities to leverage AI and automation within finance

About you:

ACA or ACCA qualified Strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail Previous experience in management accounting and month-end reporting Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across a dynamic organisation Proactive, organised, and keen to improve processes Be able to start immediately This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded organisation operating at scale, with a modern culture that embraces technology, innovation, and continuous improvement.

They are looking to offer the successful candidate £70,000 - £75,000.
