- Partner with Finance Leaders and key stakeholders to provide financial insight, analysis and commercial guidance supporting business strategy and decision-making
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and management information reporting
- Deliver forward-looking insights to drive business performance and profitability
- Analyse financial results and key performance indicators
- Identify trends, risks and opportunities and recommend performance improvements
- Ensure compliance with financial controls, accounting standards and firm policies
- Support audit and risk management
- Contribute to the delivery of accurate financial information
- Build relationships across business areas, Finance leadership and Centres of Excellence
- Working towards or holding a recognised finance qualification, such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business drivers and financial performance
- Knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting requirements, including IFRS 15
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to make informed decisions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to build trusted working relationships
- Proficiency in Excel
- Technology-enabled mindset
- Commitment to continuous improvement and driving change through innovation and automation
