Senior Manager – Corporate Reporting

• Technical review of annual reports of publicly traded companies
• Provide solutions to complex financial reporting queries
• Prepare and present financial reporting training and updates
• Develop financial reporting tools and guidance
• Monitor external developments and create action plans

• ACA/ICAS qualified or overseas equivalent
• Manager or Senior Manager experience in technical financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of IFRSs, UK GAAP, and Companies Act
• Experience in technical reviews of annual reports
• Ability to provide practical and supportable solutions

Demonstrates expertise in technical financial reporting, including the preparation and review of annual reports, while providing practical solutions to complex financial queries. Proficient in developing financial reporting tools and delivering training on relevant standards and regulations.
