Senior Associate - Client Services | Private Markets

I’m currently supporting a leading global private markets investment manager with the appointment of a Senior Associate to join its Client & Investor Relations function.

This is a 12-month maternity cover
, with a particular focus on Client Compliance, KYC and investor onboarding
.

The role will sit at the intersection of Investor Relations, Client Services and Compliance, supporting institutional investors across the client lifecycle.

Key areas of responsibility will include:

• Managing and coordinating KYC / AML and client due diligence processes
• Supporting the onboarding of new institutional investors
• Working closely with Compliance, Legal, Investor Relations and wider Client Services teams
• Managing investor documentation and responding to compliance-related information requests
• Coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure onboarding processes are completed efficiently
• Supporting ongoing client compliance requirements and maintaining accurate investor records
• 3-4 years of experience.

We’re particularly interested in individuals with experience across private markets / asset management who have worked in Client Services, Investor Relations Operations, Client Compliance, KYC or Investor Onboarding
