About the Opportunity

We are working with a leading London Market insurer to recruit an experienced Syndicate Reporting Manager on a 15-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

This is an excellent opportunity to lead a small, high-performing team responsible for Lloyd's regulatory reporting and syndicate financial reporting. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll oversee the delivery of key regulatory returns, manage external audit relationships and work closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Actuarial, Underwriting and Risk.

The role is predominantly BAU focused, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and wider finance projects.

The Role

Leading a team of two, you'll oversee the preparation and review of Lloyd's regulatory reporting, ensuring all submissions are accurate, compliant and delivered to strict deadlines.
