FP&A Analyst – MI | London | Hybrid An excellent opportunity for an FP&A Analyst to join a leading insurance organisation.

The role will focus on translating financial and operational data into clear business insight, presenting findings to the wider business and supporting commercial decision-making.

Key requirements:

Insurance experience is essential (General Insurance, Reinsurance or Lloyd’s Market)
ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified is essential

Strong FP&A / MI and variance analysis experience

Able to translate and present data clearly to wider business stakeholders

Commercially minded with strong analytical skills

Advanced Excel skills;
Power BI or other data visualisation tools desirable An interest in finance transformation, systems and integration

Key responsibilities:

Produce management and executive-level MIAnalyse performance, variances and key business drivers

Translate data into clear, commercially focused insights

Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Work with Finance, Actuarial and wider business teams

Support reporting improvements, automation and integration projects
