Negotiable / DOEA fast-growing, privately owned group operating across the hospitality and consumer sectors is looking for a Head of Finance to take ownership of the finance function and play a key role in supporting the next stage of the business’s growth.

Responsibilities:
Take ownership of the day-to-day finance function across a multi-brand, multi-site business

Lead budgets, forecasts, cash flow and financial reporting

Partner closely with operational and senior leadership teams to drive commercial performance

Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls and efficiencies

Drive cost savings and ensure strong financial discipline across the business

Support business growth, acquisitions and integration activity

Provide insightful financial analysis to support key business decisions

Lead, develop and motivate the finance team

Get hands-on across the finance function and be prepared to roll up your sleeves when needed

Candidate ProfileACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified

Experienced within a multi-site, multi-brand or fast-paced hospitality, consumer is essential

Proactive, hands-on and commercially minded, with the confidence to challenge and influence

Highly organised with an exceptional eye for detail
