Finance Business Partner

I'm currently partnering with a leading capital-intensive infrastructure business to recruit a Finance Business Partner into their growing finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected organisation during an exciting period of investment and growth. Working closely with senior operational and commercial stakeholders, you'll play a key role in financial planning, business partnering and supporting strategic investment decisions.

Location:

Central London Salary: 65, per annum, depending on experience, plus an annual bonus and comprehensive benefits package.

Working Pattern: 100% office-based.

The Role Reporting into senior finance leadership, your responsibilities will include:

Partnering with operational and commercial teams to provide financial insight and challenge.

Preparing budgets, forecasts and long-term financial plans.

Delivering financial modelling, scenario analysis and investment appraisals.

Supporting capital expenditure planning and business cases.

Analysing business performance, identifying risks and opportunities.

Producing monthly management reporting with meaningful commercial commentary.

Driving continuous improvements across financial planning and reporting processes.

About YouACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.

Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance or FP&A role.

Previous experience working within a fast-paced, capital-intensive business is essential.

Strong commercial acumen with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.

A proactive, analytical and business-focused approach with the ability to influence stakeholders across the organisation.
