This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager who enjoys stepping into complex environments, building strong relationships quickly, and making a visible difference.

You'll work at the centre of King's business operations, partnering closely with senior leaders and owning planning and performance across a significant cost base. The role is ideal for someone looking for a fast-paced, commercially focused contract role.

• Act as the primary finance partner to senior stakeholders
• Provide clear financial insight, challenge and advice to support operational and strategic decisions
• Lead and participate in business partner meetings, translating financial data into clear, actionable narratives
• Manage a complex portfolio, balancing cost control with strategic investment
• Note:
  
  Assigned partnering and planning area remits may evolve / change by role over time depending on business needs and requirements

• Take full ownership of financial planning activities for assigned areas, aligned to company priorities
• Lead preparation and ongoing management of:
  • OpEx, Cap Ex and headcount plans
  • Forecasts and outlooks
• Perform monthly cost and headcount reconciliations, identifying key drivers, risks and opportunities
• Own and evolve L1 reporting, delivering concise, senior-ready analysis, KPIs and commentary
• Act as Finance approver for headcount, invoices and POs, applying strong budget judgement to spending decisions

• Partner closely with Accenture and Fin Ops teams to ensure smooth PO, invoicing and month-end processes
• Ensure accurate, timely actuals, forecasts and P&L outputs
• Proactively identify and resolve system, data or process issues
• Drive continuous improvement across finance processes and ways of working

• Support and lead cost initiatives and investment business cases
• Apply strong modelling and presentation skills to influence senior decision-making
• Contribute to wider Finance projects
• Act as a mentor and sounding board for more junior team members

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong experience in FP&A and business partnering, ideally in a fast-paced / tech environment
• Comfortable stepping into a role quickly and operating with autonomy
• Proven ability to manage complex cost bases and influence senior stakeholders
• Excellent financial modelling, analysis and communication skills
• Experience working with shared service / outsourced finance teams is a plus
