It has a large and expanding network presence in emerging markets and is focused on digitization and product capability expansion, especially in the digit assets space.

Key Responsibilities Strategy
• The role is part of the E & A Finance team which is responsible for all Product and Client Coverage performance management reporting for CIB in Europe including supporting the various Business Heads, Cluster CEO and coverage heads across our Global footprint to understand, manage and drive the complex business and operations within Europe. Our presence in Europe is key to connecting our footprint markets of Asia, Africa and the Middle East with the West through offering global support as the centre of excellence for product and segment teams.

• The role provides timely and accurate management information, including monthly performance tracking and variance analysis against budget and outlook, to guide business decisions. This position also drives value-added analysis on business drivers, segment performance, and product trends, while actively supporting budgeting, forecasting, and the identification of risks to business plans. In addition, the role holder will play a key role in the development and enhancement of financial market-related systems, ensuring accurate representation of funding costs, margins, and returns.

Close collaboration is required with business teams on financial analysis, and investment activities to support growth initiatives, and will drive RWA and loan impairment performance management by partnering with CPM, FRM, and business teams to optimize capital efficiency.  Business
