Emergn is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to oversee financial operations around the company’s intellectual property, licensing, forecasting, and reporting. You will drive transfer pricing documentation, support R&D tax credits, IP licensing across jurisdictions, and partner with sales, operations and legal on pricing and contracts.
You’ll bring a strong finance and legal background, experience in IP governance, and excellent negotiation skills.
