What you will do

PGIM Credit’s sustainable investment team has an open position supporting its senior sustainable investment portfolio specialist. The role provides exposure to a wide range of ESG‑related topics, whilst working closely with investment professionals, product and marketing, client‑facing teams, and legal and compliance. Among other things, you will have responsibilities related to the delivery of ESG‑related reporting and regulatory disclosures, product documentation, and marketing materials, as well as responses to ESG‑related client / prospect queries and requests.

In addition, you will help maintain and improve the implementation of clients’ ESG objectives across the Credit platform. You will also assist in building and maintain the systems and tools used for these processes.

What you can expect

Support the senior sustainable investment portfolio specialist with client‑facing and external communication aspects of the sustainable investment team’s responsibilities and objectives. Contribute to the preparation, review and ongoing maintenance of SFDR (EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation) related documentation and disclosures, working closely with sustainable investment, product, legal and compliance stakeholders to ensure these are accurate, consistent and aligned with regulatory and client requirements.

Assist with the creation and review of sustainability‑related reports, product documentation, stewardship reporting and sustainable investment policy materials. Review and draft ESG‑related responses in client / prospect due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), requests for proposals (RFPs), consultant databases and other queries or requests. Support the senior sustainable investment portfolio specialist in reviewing, enhancing and maintaining written ESG and sustainable investment narratives used in client and prospect communications and marketing materials.

Conduct ESG and sustainable investment competitive analysis and industry research, and make recommendations based on this research. Recommend and contribute to ESG thought leadership ideas. Develop and maintain systems, tools and processes relating to responsibilities above. Review client meeting notes and summarize key points of feedback for the ESG team.

Proven ability to work across functional groups, and to build and maintain strong relationships. A strong interest in ESG, sustainability and responsible investment topics. Strong written and spoken English language skills.
