Assistant Management Accountnt

Your new company You'll be joining a global enterprise that operates across publishing, entertainment, experiential marketing, and strategic brand collaborations. Its commercial model includes intellectual property licencing, creative consultancy, and bespoke campaigns designed to captivate audiences and elevate brand presence.Your new roleThis is a newly created permanent Assistant Management Accountant job, due to company expansion. You will join an existing finance team of circa 15 people, reporting to the Finance Manager, supporting the Management Accountant with the production of management packs for UK and international business subsidiaries.

Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

• Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts including balance sheet, P&L, cash flow, KPI's
• Maintenance of P&L revenue schedules, including accrued and deferred revenue
• Maintaining the fixed asset register
• Balance sheet reconciliation
• Posting journals, prepayments and accruals
• WIP and stock reconciliation
• Financial KIP analysis
• Assisting with annual budgeting and monthly re-forecasting
• Provide assistance with annual audit and statutory accounts
• Assisting with VAT returns
