We are looking for an experienced Strategic Financial Planning Manager to lead the coordination and delivery of Hyde's long-term financial planning outputs. This is a key role in our Finance team, helping to ensure Hyde has robust, accurate and forward-looking financial plans that support financial resilience, strategic decision-making and future investment choices.

A knowledge of a complex real estate business and complex JV's would be beneficial to this role.

What you'll be doing

• Lead the coordination, review and continuous improvement of Hyde's long-term financial planning outputs, ensuring they are robust, evidence-based and aligned to organisational strategy.
• Produce clear financial analysis, financial modelling, forecasting and scenario planning to inform strategic decisions, performance discussions and future business choices.
• Connect short-term budgets, forecasts and financial planning assumptions to the long-term financial plan, supporting a coherent view of future performance.
