Key Responsibilities as the Finance Manager

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare monthly financial reporting schedules, including accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, payroll, and benefits.
• Maintain robust balance sheet reconciliation processes.
• Manage treasury activities and cash flow forecasting.
• Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles.
• Partner with business leaders to analyse budget versus actual performance.
• Contribute to cost management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Deliver meaningful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
