Communicate Recruitment Solutions is seeking a commercially minded FP&A Manager to strengthen its commercial finance function. You will own reporting, forecasting, and profitability analysis across multiple service lines.
You will build models linking revenue, headcount and margins to forecasts, develop dashboards and KPI frameworks, and partner with IT to improve reporting tools. Mentoring junior team members is also included.
