Location: Greater London
Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated (RGA) is seeking a senior FP&A professional to lead regional financial planning and analysis for UK and Europe. This role partners with Head of FP&A and regional leaders to drive consistent, insightful reporting under US GAAP and IFRS 17.
The successful candidate will coordinate quarterly forecasts, develop reporting decks, and ensure accuracy of local regulatory and statutory submissions, while mentoring finance colleagues across Europe.
