• Private Equity Secondaries Analysts will be involved in extensive valuation analysis and financial modeling of private equity funds and portfolio companies.
• Asset class exposure will span leveraged buyout, growth equity, venture capital and private credit.
• Analysts will gain valuable experience modeling secondary portfolio transactions, GP-led continuation funds, co-investments, primary commitments, and other unique deals.
• Additional responsibilities include preparing Investment Committee memos, structuring and executing investments and conducting various research projects.
